This NEIPA is generously hopped (in excess of 6# per BBL) with Nelson Sauvin and Grüngeist for pronounced notes of white wine, freshly crushed gooseberries, red currants and over-ripened peach.
We added a touch of golden naked oats and a considerable dose of flaked wheat on this one for a super soft finish.

16oz can from Total Wine. Murky yellow/golden pour, light white foamy head. Funky, fruity aroma, part citrus, part tropical. Taste is citrus peel zest, astringent, bitter, tangy. Remains on the palate long after the beer is finsihed.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy yellow with a slight orange hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has peach, a bit of dry citrus and a hint of a white wine note. Flavor is white wine and dry peach with a touch of citrus in the finish.
