16oz can from New Colony. Pale straw colored pour (looks like white wine), fizzy, foamy head disappears rapidly. Aroma is apples, granny Smith, mild tartness. Taste is tart apple, and the namesake dryness. Flavor doesn't linger, but a bit of the dryness does.
