On Tap at the Boise brewery/taproom Mostly clear medium dark brown pour. Fine light tan head and lacing. Medium dark roast aromas and flavors. Clean finish, with some saison type yeast notes.

Draft at New Colony. Dark brown pour, almost see through, thin, silky beige head. Aroma is roasty malts, cola, burnt toast. Taste is sweet and roasty, farmhouse yeast very subtle. Minor notes of cola and root beer.
