Bottle from Corti Bros. Pours rose tinted copper with a large frothy near white head. Aroma of tart/cooking cherries with a wood note. Approaching med body. Flavor is tart, woody and cooking cherry. Extremely dry. Tart stands in for bitter. Very good.

On tap at Little Beast, pours a cloudy bright reddish pink with a small white head. Aroma brings out leather, horse blanket, and wonderfully fresh, musty cherries. Flavour is damn close to an authentic Belgian kriek lambic, with tart, juicy, dry cherries, barnyard funk, and horse blanket. Wonderful interplay between the fruit and souring bacteria. Lovely.

Bottle. Pours a light reddish hue with a medium white head. A nice soft oak and cherry nose. Sour sharp cherries, oak, bigger oak in some ways, light sourness. Very smooth, easygoing.
