This gose is poppen with pickles! A good dose of dill pickle brine adds a burst of salty sour twang. Bold and zesty pickle acidity finds balance with the bready malty sweetness from our gose base. We're not gherkin your chain when we say this pickle gose is flavorful, refreshing, and easy to drink. You can crush on these cornichons all day! Cheers!

Can for 2.5$ at vintage estate. Pour is orange light brown tinted pale and hazy. Nose is not as expected it just smells like a tart gose, some sour tangy. First taste is also less dill pickle than expected. Yes it does have plenty of dill weed and salt in there, but to say you are drinken pickle juice may be overdoing it. Actually as a lover of tart and wild beers, I find this quite enjoyable. Easy to drink. May I be mistaken if I said I taste some hints of cantillon style lambic in here?? Maybe its just my imagination but this stuff is tart on the wild side and quite tasty. Much better than many gose I've done. You know, goes is supposed to have some saltiness in it, but most do not. This stuff does! Right up there with Boulevard Hibiscus Gose, Urban Artifact Epicurean - Chicago Relish/Bread & Butter Pickle, Cigar City Margarita Gose and Sierra Nevada Otra Vez: Cactus & Grapefruit.

Can from Tavour. Pours hazy orange gold with a transient white head. Aroma really suggests dill pickles. Med body. Flavor is salty, mild vinegar - overall rather dill pickle. Salty dill pickle. Really quite the thing, if salt is on the menu!
