Very dark red brown with a large foamy head that lingered. Flavors of brewed coffee, sweet toasted caramel and dark fruit. Long finish. Moderately full bodied and smooth

Can from Tavour. Pours translucent mahogany with a moderate beige head. Aroma is fairly good coffee. Approaching full bodied. Flavor is nice coffee, but there are dark fruit undertones. Not dry, but not sticky. Bitter, but from the coffee? Coffee is so strong I suspect a lot of little flavor notes are submerged. Let's just call this thing a coffee ale. Whatever that might be. It's an ok strong drink. Not one I'm likely to want to repeat tho. Letting one flavor rule the Kingdom is probably not a good idea.
