This year's Fresh Hop Saison features the fruity and floral character of 180lbs of fresh Centennial hops from Crosby Hop Farm, steeped in a flavorful wort of Pilsner, Munich, Vienna, Wheat, and Oats. The fruity notes continue to build throughout the fermentation with our select blend of 4 yeasts, resulting in a creamy smooth, aromatic and dry saison with notes of citrus and lemongrass.

Can from Tavour. Pours translucent gold with a slight, creamy white head. Aroma made me think of Brett! Aroma is earthy/grassy. So not Brett, but almost that nice. Med body at least. Flavor is dry/earthy(I still think Bretty!)/citrus. Flavors are strong. Not a mildly flavored saison. Bitter enough. I think the brewers brewed beyond their expectations. This is superb!
