Sometimes you just need to try the dodgy 10% lager that comes in a plastic soda bottle, has shitloads of sediment, and costs $1.49 🤷‍♂️

Plastic bottle from the Davis Food Co-op. Pours brassy gold with a large foamy white head. Malty aroma. Doesn't smell like fusil oils. Med body or so. Flavor is malty with a little sugar around the edges. Very light heat. Not getting much hop - maybe just imagining it. Is it a crappy lager? Yes and no. No where so sickening as those tall boys the homeless in Brussels curl up around in their sleep. It's not great, but I'm thinking I may actually finish it. The main thing is it is clean without a trace of fusil oils.
