Can from Brewer’s Haven, December 2021. Dark brown color with a frothy tan head. Big coffee aroma, roast and cocoa. A good coffee flavor, moderate bitterness and lightly sweet. Some cocoa, but not getting the vanilla. It’s a coffee drinker’s porter for sure.

16oz can pours out dark brown almost black topped with a tan head. Nose is big roast coffee notes and some light sweetness. Taste is more of the nice big roast malts coffee some ash and a little sweetness.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear brown with a dark, transient beige head. Aroma of coffee. Near med body. Flavor is decent, tho not over the top, coffee. Dryish. Maybe a hint of vanilla - something more than coffee. It's a struggle to find chocolate. Good, but not exciting.
