Can - this is my last can in the four pack - I’ve been waiting to rate it because I was hoping it would grow on me, but it has not - not that it is bad, just pretty underwhelming - kind of innocuous yeasty taste with a slight background buggy funk to it - lightly acidic and lightly bitter - finishes of muddled yeast and grain - I wanted so badly to like this more than I do.

Can from Bine & Vine. Pours translucent gold with a creamy frothy white head. Aroma of yeast/spice and wheat/oat. More or less med body. Quite clean. Dry. Yeast/spice, wheat/oat and arguably moderately bitter. Some earth with the slightly peppery spice. Hard to pin down the hop. I'm thinking Perle. Tasty ale. Sessionable. Pool beer!

On tap at Imperial Bottle Shop & Taproom - Alberta location, pours a clear dull golden with a large white head. Aroma is full of rustic farmhouse yeast, straw, oats, and light spiciness. Flavour is fairly dry, with a nice farmhouse yeast character, straw, subtle rater, and crisp crackery notes. Crisp and spicy, with expert use of the yeast. Very good.
