Bottled@PBF XII. Reddish amber colour, small brown head. Aroma is salty and some raspberries with mild sourish wooden notes too. Flavou r is raspberries, some floral, mild wheaty, yeasty and acidic notes too. Yet very refreshing. A bit thin palate though.

Bottle 330ml. @ [ (PBF XII Tasting.) by oh6gdx ] - Petalax, Finland. [ As Hiisi / Donut Island Andrea ].Unclear - hazy matt medium to light red colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to pink head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate yeasty, sour cherry - raspberry, berries. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, berries, sour cherry - raspberry, tart, pale malt - wheat, dough. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180707] 6-3-6-3-12

Bottled at PBF XII. Hazy bright pink, small pink head. Tart lingonberry aroma. Light bodied with clean mouthfeel. Lingonberry and citric acid. No bitterness. Sour lemonade. One dimensional.

Draft at SOPP 2017 in Helsinki. Hazy pinkish red color light pink head. Sour cherry aroma. Taste is sweet and sour berries. Tasty.

Tap at SOPP 2017, Helsinki. Color is slightly cloudy red with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Berries, red berries and some sourness. Pretty good.

Tap at SOPP. Bright red colour, tiny pinky head. Red berry juicyness, light tartness in the nose. Light-bodied. Red berry juicy flavour, light tartness. Refreshing summer drink.

Draught @ sopp 2017. Poured reddish color, thin white head. Tart aroma with red berries, some milky sourness. Flavor has red berries, blackcurrant, tartness. Long finish with tart red berries. Pleasant.
