Waxed 500 from the brewpub. Pours dark brn/blk with a slight darkish tan head. Aroma is very, very chocolate. Full bodied and more! Flavor is strong, bitter-sweet chocolate. Lactose is present. This is creamy chocolate in a bitter way. Not dry, but sweet isn't correct - the chocolate is too dark for that. Yet there's a lot of sugar/malt in it. Exquisitely tasty.
