Capped 750 from Corti Bros. Pours dark brn/blk with a monstrous foamy tan head that persisted. Coconut and chocolate waft from the pour. Full bodied. Flavor is coconut, coconut, and coconut. Well there's also chocolate and smooth toasted/burnt malt. It's not sticky like some pastry stouts, and there's definite bitterness. Not an every day ale, but good in the evening once in awhile.
