This is the very first beer we brewed in our new brewery. Every drop of blood, sweat, tears.
Countless hours went into the making of this beer. For as bold and daring as we are, we didn’t go crazy on our first ever beer. So we brewed a classic. A mix of pale malts make a pale to medium beer with Citra and Mosaic hops in just the right amounts to make an all-round juicy crowd pleaser. This is just the beginning for us.

Keg at Alfred, Upper Hale. Aroma has stone fruit with a sweet streak. Hazy gold. Thin foamy white head. Medium bitter. Stone fruit. Citrus. Floral. Some syrupy sweets and vanilla porridge. Sherbert tang. Medium bodied. Slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Enjoyable fruity stuff.
