16/6/2024. Can courtesy of Painyโs more local travels. 4.6% abv. Pours cloudy orange gold with a large foamy white head. Aroma is leafy, grassy, citrus, orange, apricot, peach, touch husky herbal. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, average carbonation. Nice drying bitter finish. Good.

Keg at Awakening 23. Aroma has light grains and lighter fruit. Hazy pale orange. Thick foamy white head. Medium-heavy bitter. Sour edge. Woody. Quinine. Citrus. Gooseberry. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long extremely dry and astringent finish. An English Pale Ale by virtue of of the hops but otherwise a modern bitter sour edged Pale.
