10/10/2024. Cask at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Pours cloudy beige mustard gold with a small frothy just off-white head. Aroma is tropical, coconut, lime, mango, caramel, malt, biscuit. Fairly sweet, light to moderate bitterness. Moderate body, average to soft carbonation. Didn't look good but was very enjoyable.

Cask (gravity) at Smithfield, Derby. Pours a murky apricot with minimal off-white heas. There’s stone ruit and floral hops in the aroma, plus hints of pineapple. In the mouth it is sweet and juicy with floral hops, citrus and grapefruit. Later there is a distinct infusion of ginger leading to quite a bitter finish. Interesting.

Cask at EBF Autumn 22. Aroma has stone fruit, citrus and coconut. Hazy medium orange. Frothy white head develops a bald spot. Medium bitter. Resin and citrus. Underlying sweet stone fruit with creamy coconut hints. However it's the bitterness that really dominates. Medium bodied. Slick to oily. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Nice.
