Draught @ Kultainen Apina Aroma has pineapple and sweet tropical fruits. Flavour has sweet malt, grapefruit, tropical fruits. A bit too sweet and stuffy but good anyway. Palate is too foamy as well; drinkability suffers.

Tap at Pien Brewpub, Helsinki. Color is slightly cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, some tropical fruits, hops and malts. OK.

(Keg at Pien Shop, 20210904) The beer poured golden and nearly cloudy. Its head was small and white. Aroma had grapefruit, tangerine, bread and spiciness. Palate was medium bodied and lightly warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were grapefruit, tangerine, floralness spiciness, pineapple, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was very fruity and mildly bitter. A pleasant and balanced brew with strong fruity notes.

Tap at brewery. Poured hazy orange in color. Really citrusy. Light bitterness. Nice and fruity.

Draught @ Pien Brewpub, Helsinki. Smooth, sweetish and slightly dank with some sweaty hops, citrus, pine, grass and hints of herbal notes. Hints of bitterness in the finish. Okay, quite soft and balanced.

Dank smell. Fruity and hoppy, lots of citrus, sweet, smoot, a bit bitter. Some grass, lime, grapefruit. Best Pien so far? Nice job.
