Tap at the tap. Aroma of malts and spicy pizza so no idea a out the beer. Although graduslly get caramel sweetness. Just brought upstairs so the light amber body is hazy but would apparently normally be less so. Thin foamy translucent white head. Medium bitter. Sour berry edge. Tart citrus too. Underlying malts. Light-medium bodied. Slick with a chalky residue. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. I wonder what males this an Ascot tsther that DiB beer? I guess whilst it's hoppy it ultimately feels like a hoppy bitter so presumably that's it. A trad version of a modern style and bland for that.
