Can at Franck Manca, Bermondsey, with Peter, 12th October 22. Pours clear, aroma is hay and fresh grass. Taste is reasonable, with some complexity and fresh grass and bitterness - it’s not bad at all

Can at Franco Manca, Guildford. Aroma is sweet and malty with a hint of yeast. Light gold. Slightly hazy. Thin frothy white head. Medium bitter. Piney hippy bitterness. Sweet grainyness from the wheat, rye and rice. As I drink more it's the sweetness that takes over and it gets less interesting to me. Light. Thin. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry finish. Hmmm. Not bad.
