A mistake of a beer but this time we planned it to perfection. Adding kilos of roasted cocoa nibs & coconut. An underpitch of Verdant yeast is key to this beer remaining sweet and smooth.
Note - this is different to the earlier cask release.

Can bought at Anchor Tap, Horsham. Aroma is dominated by sweet coconut. Underlying light coffee and chocolate. Dark and glossy. Creamy beige head. Medium bitter with a sour coffee berry edge. Espresso bitterness. This is followed by coconut and molasses, albeit the bitterness remains throughout. Medium bodied. Creamy. Average carbonation. Long somewhat astringent finish. Punchy bitter yet sweet stuff.
