Brewed using the biggest and boldest of American hops available. This deceptive, little pale ale bursts with the flavours of orange and pine. The aroma that lifts out is that of citrus fruits and lychee. Inspired by the modern generation of “Pales” but finished with a refined subtlety.

Bottle at South Lodge Hotel, nr Horsham. Aroma is malty with a stone fruit edge. Medium bitter. Resin. Quinine. Spice. Touch of cardboard. Light. Thin. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long astringent finish..Nice enough. Straightforward stuff.
