A collaboration with our good friends Double Barrelled who are on the same mission of constant improvement as we are. This soft and hazy IPA is brewed with their house yeast, a little rye malt and a load of Simcoe, Mosaic and Galaxy hops.

Can bought at The Hive, Crowthorne. Aroma has sweet fruit and vanilla with a grainy rye edge. Hazy pale orange. Thick foamy white head. Light-medium bitter. Stone fruit with an equally Light-medium sourness. Rye spice from the malts. Medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry finish. I think the rye malt adds a slightly dimension to what is indeed a soft Hazy IPA. Really enjoying this.
