This Extra Pale IPA is bright and bitter and designed to showcase our favourite New Zealand hops. Nelson Sauvin and Motueka were used hot side before more Nelson Sauvin was joined by Taiheke in the dry hop.

Can ordered from Malt Miller, Swindon. Aroma had sweet stone fruit with light sherbert and a bitter herbal edge. Hazy pale gold. Frothy thin translucent white head. Medium-heavy bitter. Resinous. Herbal. Quinine. Underlying stone fruit. Sherbert close at which point it gradually develops a sugary streak. Light-medium bodied. Slick verging on oily. Average prickly carbonation. Dry finish. Is Extra Pale NZ IPA and Andy Parker invention? I like. From the West Coast of New Zealand.
