Present from my S-i-L. Quickly added to the database so that I could drink it whilst we were still opening presents. Aroma is citrus, floral, yeasty and a touch of honey. Slightly opaque golden amber. Lively foamy white head. Medium bitter. Tart citrus, spice and herbs. A touch of sourness - moreso into the lemon juice finish. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Pleasant light Pale.
