Single Hop DDH Pale
We've fallen for Talus in a big way here at Unity so we've decided to give the latest in our single hop series the double dry hop treatment to really show what Talus is all about.

440ml Can - Hazy golden with a foamy head. Herbs and citrus in the aroma. Grapefruit, lemon, orange and herbs in the paste. Past the best before date but still quite nice.

Can bought at General Store, Winchester. Aroma is soft - fruity and floral, with a melon edge. Hazy muted dark orange. Thick foamy white head. Medium bitter. Sour edge. Tart citrus and stone fruit. A melon sweet streak adds to the mix. Crisp. Medium bodied. Creamy slickness. Flat-average carbonation. Long dry finish. Enjoyable if unimposing.
