Can from lowcostbeer.com, consumed 2 months in date. Cloudy gold with thin white top. Kiwi and cucumber come through subtly on the nose with a distinctive saison floral fruitiness, a touch grainy. Cucumber is dominate in the taste, quite cooling, with semi-tart kiwi coming through more strongly in the finish. Nice level of sweetness. There is a light dry fruitiness from the saison base. Enjoyable.

Can from BOB Sydenham. Aroma is interesting... sweet but with a smoothing effect from the cucumber... mixed in with sherbert. But overall it's fruit sugar sweetness. A light haze to the amber gold body. Foamy translucent white head soon fades away. A light sherbert fruity introduction. The kiwi then hits adding a sour streak. And there is an underlying umami streak. However as per the aroma there's a sweetness throughout, albeit more syrupy and furtive. Light. Thin but also sticky. Average carbonation with a light fizz. Long dry slightly astringent finish. It's fine. Would be interested to know what the base Saison would be like prior to the fruit and veg. A bit OTT to want to drink more.
