Mid-strength IPA. It's a heady mix of citrus hops and with a bitter finish.
Made using the classic American hop combo of Cascade, Columbus and Chinook, all perfectly balanced to give a fully rounded flavour and aroma.

Can ordered from the brewery to my sister-in-law's. Aroma is piney, with a touch sharp citrus. Finishes with malts and icing sugar. Clear gold. Thick foamy white head. Heavy bitter with a big lemony sour streak throughout. The latter is really the focus. A touch of malts and herbs - soapy hints. Light bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Decent enough but could do with less citrus and mote of the bitter elements.
