5/12/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of SHIG. Pours slightly hazy golden orange with minimal head. Aroma is funky, fruity, woody, straw, orange, yeast, touch of spice. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness, touch of tart. Moderate body, oily texture, average carbonation. Dry finish. Enjoyable.

Bottle from Leighton at Hazlemere tasting. Sweet jammy syrupy aroma. Hazy golden amber. Thick foamy white head. Flava matches the aroma - jammy. Stone fruit. Slice. Touch of sherbert. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Dry finish. Enjoyable.

Bottle shared in Hazlemere - picked up from Master of Malt. Pours mostly clear gold with a small, creamy white head. Medium sweet flavour, some melon, peach, light funk. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, lightly funky, more peach and melon, mellow brett. Not bad.

Bottle split at the Hazlemere Movember and chops tasting, thanks to LKS 12/11/21. Moderately hazed orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is apricot, citric tinged straw, pineapple, grass, dried red berries. Taste comprises apricot, grains, grains, herb, lemon rind , modest yeast strokes, funky barrel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid saison.

Bottle shared at high Wycombe tasting. Thanks to Leighton. A translucent golden yellow coloured pour with a a halo of white head. Aroma is salty wet dog, green lacto. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, earrhy, bitter lemon. Flavour is composed wheaty, green apple. Lemon rind. Green hop. Palate is semi sweet, higshih. Midget gems.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Cloudy golden. Strong oxidation, cardboard, funk, fruitiness, a bit sweetish, a bit spicy. Seems old. Very disappointing.

Bottle. Masters of Malt online shop. About 8 quid. Order to delivery took 18 hours. Less than a fiver for postage. Cloudy gold. Solid ring of white foam. Nose has red wine dregs. Sweet biscuit malt. Some peachy notes. Some sweaty brett. A hint of oxidation. Taste is sweet and malty first off. Gets a little twang of vinous sour. Drinks well easy for 10%. Fine carbonation. Sweaty and bretty on the finish. Great stuff.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy earthy gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has flora, barnyard and light fruits with dry red wine underlying. Flavor has funky light fruits, barnyard, grass and a dry red wine finish.
