ur collaboration with Red Elephant Beer Cellar is based on a classic Belgian Tripel , with a wild twist using the ingredients from three native trees, Blackthorn, Cheery and Rowan, which all impart a subtle almond flavour to the beer.

With unmistakable Belgian yeast character, high levels of carbonisation and balanced levels of booziness this is one to savour and share with friends. Best served in a stemmed glass, slightly chilled.

Bottle. Pours hazy amber with a thick white head. Aromas of banana and spice, fruit bread. Taste is light sweet, fruity, cranberry. More bready notes and spices. Good.
