Bottle. CW online. Mostly clear gold with a big old white foam. Nose has sweet doughy malt. Some dried fruit. Some candied peel. Hint of oak. Whiff of tangy red wine. Taste is a little sweet and big on the doughy malt, with a subtle twang of oaky red wine. Super smooth mouthfeel with moussy carbonation. Flicker of sweetness to finish. If I were ever to see this on tap I’d be in serious trouble. Beautiful beer.
