Draught @ Lord Nelson, Hyskenstraede 9, 1207 Copenhagen, Denmark.
Unclear light to medium yellow color with a small, frothy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, sour apple, light to moderate pear. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, fresh and dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100327]

Cloudy watery yellow with no head. Fairly dry aroma with pears, phenol and yelly notes. Flavour was dry with natural pears, phenol and grapes. Finished dry.

Draught at Lord Nelson.Hazy greenish colour with no head.Aroma of pear and sweet appel feels light and fresh with sweet finish.

(On tap) Slightly hazy, greenish golden. Somewhat sulphuric aroma with a sweetish whiff of pears. Medium body, rather heavily carbonated with sweet, rustic pear notes and again lots of sulphur notes. The acidity is rather downplayed. Rough but not bad. 260408

Draft. An unclear light yellow perry with a rim of white head. The aroma is slightly acidic and slightly sweet with notes of both pears and apples. The flavor is dominated by pears and rather sweet with a light acidity lingering in the back ground as well as a light note of wood, leading to a dry pear finish.

From tap at Lord Nelson. Pours hazy light with a light green hue and a lacing white head. Light sweet and perry fruity aroma with a light phenol note. Sweet initial flavour. Shows a mild acidic note and mild dryness. Ends fresh fruity.
