Cloudy amber with a medium beige head. Sweet yeasty aroma with vegy and spicy notes. Flavour was sourish with smoke, malt, caramel and fruits. Finished dry.

Tasting at Papsø
Cloudy light amber color; too big head, suspicious. The aroma is strange, metallic, soapy, sour, with light vegetables. Sourish flavor, bean flour; dry and weak. Bad.

Bottle 31 cl. Courtesy of Myrup. Pours a cloudy amber with a lively off-white head. Aroma is fruity and a little tart. Medium body, tart fruity and lactic. No real bitterness but a massive carbonation. 010410
