ABV: 4.0%. Clear light to medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity, sweet candy like fruit (assume Mamey fruit). Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity, fruity malt, vanilla, cake - candy - sweet fruit (assume Mamey fruit). Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20181020]

Cask @ Nottingham Beer Festival. No head. Color is pale orsnge. Aroma and taste are vanilla, fruits, malt and has a sweet vanilla fruity finish.

Cask @ Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival. Clear golden without head. Aroma is sweet, malty and fruity. Flavor is medum sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 201018
