A wonderfully fresh real ginger beer, naturally brewed with 100% root ginger. Red chillies add a little more spice which is tempered by the zest and juice of the citrus fruits. Zingiber is conditioned in the bottle to give a softer more natural fizz.

[ As Atlantic Zingiber ].
ABV: 5.5%. Cloudy matt light yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, spicy, ginger, ginger root. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, spicy, ginger, ginger root, sweet minty, light chili warm finish. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20181020]

Cask @ Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival. Cloudy pale yellow without head. Aroma is heavy ginger and not much else. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish with burning ginger. Sticky. What a pleasure. 201018

Cask @ Nottingham Beer Festival. No head. Color is pale yellow. Aroma and taste are rich zingy ginger, malt and little sugar. Nice long ginger bite in the finish.
