Bottled. A hazy amber beer with light sediment floating around under a tan head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of fruit and alcohol, leading to a dry fruity finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Draught: Hazy, deep ruby-amber coloured, small firm beige head; moderate sweet-bitter nose, traces of toasted malt and figues, accompanied by a whiff of alcohol and yeast; medium to full bodied, moderate sweet-bitter flavour; relatively dry bitter-toasty and fruity. Decent by international standards, but excellent by german Hausbrauerei standards.............

Bottle 100 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours an almost clear amber golden with a dense, off-white head. Sweetish aroma of roasted malt and alcohol. Quite full-bodied with roasted malts, pumpernickel and a distinctly alcoholic and bitter finish. 291208
