Experience our locally crafted Pilsner, brewed with premium local malts and Riel hops from Quebec. Riel hops bring a unique blend of ginger spice, earthy tobacco, delicate pear, and a hint of smooth vanilla, adding depth and complexity to the classic crispness of a Pilsner. The light, bready malt backbone complements these distinct hop notes, creating a refreshing and well-balanced beer that’s both traditional and intriguingly modern.

Made with local malts.

473mL can. Pours clear dirty blonde with a small white head. Aroma is pretty weak. Flavour has crisp pear, dried grass, biscuit malts, minerals. Profile is odd, but not bad.
