We mash this low ABV beer warmer than usual to retain the malt backbone. We then hop it with loads of Citra and Motueka to give aroma and flavour to a beer you can enjoy all day.

Bottle bought @ Hemköp Majorna. Pours hazy brownish golden with a frothy offwhite head that slowly dissipates while leaving some sticky trace on the glass. Smell is fruity with wholegrain crackers, cereal, grapefruit juice, mango, pineapple, freshly cut grass, pine needles, lemon zest and lime zest. Taste is tiny bitter. tiny malty and slightly fruity with crackers, cereal, grapefruit juice, mango, freshly cut grass, pine needles, minerals, lemon zest and lime zest. Mouthfeel is soft, dry, tiny astringent, tiny watery and light bodied. Finish is bitter with crackers, cereal, grapefruit juice, unripe mango, freshly cut grass, pine needles, minerals, lemon zest and hints of chives. Enjoyable thirst-quencher. For a folköl it’s excellent! --- Beer merged from original tick of Session IPA on 18 Nov 2014 at 20:16 - Score: 7. Original review text: Decent SIPA.
