We mash this low ABV beer warmer than usual to retain the malt backbone. We then hop it with loads of Citra and Motueka to give aroma and flavour to a beer you can enjoy all day.

Cloudy pale yellow. Huge airy head. Aroma has exotic fruit, some malt and caramel. Similar flavour plus a little citrus. Gets a little perfumy. Not the freshed bottle but quite flavourful for the ABV.

Bottle split at Amager Brewery mini tasting, RBESG ’15 day 3, thanks to Papsoe, 22/08/15. Clear light golden with a decent white cap. Nose is juicy citric peel, straw, tangerine, light pine needle. Taste comprises orange pith, tangerine, mineral chase, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with grassy hop bitterness and light pine character. Solid session gear ... plenty of flavour for the ABV.

Growler. Hazy deep golden liquid with small to medium off-white head. Aroma of citrus, bread, tangerine, light caramel, grain and fruity yeast esters. Taste is very light sweet and light to medium bitter with notes of citrus, bread, marmalade and tangerine. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Really nice for a folköl. Bit watery otherwise, also hop aroma could be nicer and the malt base more subdued.
