Our Muscat Saison is made with orange & grapefruit peel, rose water and a blend of hops to emulate NS Muscat Wine. 6.8% with a nice dry finish similar to a wine.

500mL bottle. Pours hazy red-amber with white head. Aroma has nice funky yeast, grape skins, floral and herbal. Flavour has grapefruit peel, flat wild yeast; very floral and herbal. Not the best of their saisons, but still quite good.

500mL bottle, pours an opaque dark orange amber with a small white head. Aroma has red wine grapes, rustic saison yeast, and a touch of earthy bugginess. Flavour is extremely floral, with plenty of ros�, rustic saison yeast, red wine grape skins, and earthiness. Extremely floral, with huge ros� notes. Solid enough.
