Bottle from the brewery bought during our 2024 Disney trip. Jet black and viscous pour. Minimal dark tan head. Complex aroma of whiskey, brown sugar and chocolate. Lucious rounded mouthfeel. I didn’t love this on the initial pour and taste, but as it opened up became very good.

500mL bottle. Pouors black with small tan head. Aroma has a ton of coconut along with sweet herbal notes from the pandan. Flavour is incredibly rich: tons of toasted coconut and sweet herbal notes. The pandan grants fantastic depth and complexity to the coconut. Excellent.

16.9 oz bottle, pours jet black with a small dark brown head. Aroma has plenty of coconut, lots of the pandan leaf (lime, floral notes), and plenty of bourbon barrels to round everything out. Flavour is ridiculously coconuty, accentuated by gentle lime and floral notes, and a nice bourbon barrel character to round things out. That coconut character is deep, oily and intense. Fantastic.
