Cask at the fat pig Exeter. A light hazed copper brown coloured pour with a beige head. Aroma is semi sweet raisin loaf, toasted bread, rye, rustic brown bread. Flavour is composed of semi sweet nutty malts, raisin. Apple, bark, trail mix. Palate is semi sweet good cask condition.

Cask at the Aleway, Axminster, 15/04/22. Dark mahogany brown with a decent beige crown. Nose is malty, light leafy nores, grains, brown bread, Taste comprises dark fruits, coffee vibes, caramel, driee fruit rinds. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent earthy bitter.

ABV: 3.9%. Clear medium amber colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, sweet malt, light nutty. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, caramel, sweet malt, pale malt, light nutty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20181019]

Cask @ Nottingham Beer Festival. No head. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, malt, fruits, hops and has a nice bitter finish.
