IPA. It’s an overused term these days. It now covers a broad spectrum of beers that get called IPAs for no other reason than they have contain more hops than, say, a Pilsner. Call us traditionalists, but we think IPAs need to be hoppy, strong, dank, and yes, a bit bitter. Our IPA has just the right amount of IPA hops like Summit, Cascade, Nelson Sauvin, Waimea and Simcoe. Drink it fresh. Enjoy with friends.

473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy gold orange with a small, foamy, long lasting, white head that leaves thick, sticky curtains of soapy lace. Aroma of bready caramel malt, orange, apricot and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready caramel malt, grapefruit, mango, pineapple, pine resin and spicy hops in a dry, bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Solid.

473mL can. Pours clear gold with white head. Aroma has gentle citrus and pine. Flavour has pine, dry malts, really nice hoppy bite. Pretty solid.

Tap @ Shipwright Brewing Company, Lunenburg. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are tropical fruits, bitter hops, flowers, malt and has a nice bitter finish.
