Super fresh, super crisp + malty, and perfect for these late summer days.
We pulled out all the nerdy little brewing stops for this one — things that might make you glaze over but we think make this beer into something really special so we’re gonna talk about them anyway. We did a low oxygen mash, adjusted mash and boil pH with house made sauergut, triple decocted, judiciously hopped with primo Perle hops, coolshipped for wort clarification, fermented extra low and slow, krausened and 100% naturally carbonated, and lagered forever. How can it get any better?

Flight pour at brewery. Pours mostly clear gold with white head. Aroma has straw and wheat malts. Flavour has straw and wheaty malts. Fairly basic, but inoffensive.
