Koji Kondo - Sake Beer, in tribute to the composer of some of Nintendo’s greatest video game themes, is brewed with mostly rice, some barley, Japanese Sorachi Ace hops and sake yeast. Traditional sake is brewed with koji (fungus) enzymes that break down rice starch into sugars the yeast can eat.

Flight pour at Robie taproom. Pours clear blonde with white head. Aroma has strained pale malts. Flavour has very light malts? Fairly useless.
