Quiet Eon is brewed with roasted barley, flaked oats, blackprinz and chocolate malts. It’s conditioned in select Bourbon barrels for over 24 months to produce a rich, decadent, velvety smooth finish.

12 oz can. Pours black with a full dark tan head. Aromas of dark chocolate nougat, bourbon, oak, vanilla, and slick roasted malts. Flavors follow same with a very slight sour almost like Kahlua. Excellent

4oz pour at Ballard location. Pours black with tan head. Aroma has dark chocolate and bourbon barrels. Flavour is super rich with bourbon and dark chocolate up front; decadent and satisfying. This is an excellent beer.

Black, with a dark brown head. Boozy, the bourbon is rough. Light, thin, and a bit headsy. There’s some good malt sugars here. Some figs, dates, toffee stuff. I think the treatment isn’t nearly doing this tasty base justice.

On tap at Old Stove - Ballard, pours jet black with a small tan head. Aroma is loaded with intense whiskey barrels, a touch of smoke, and moderate roast. Flavour is rich, with lots of slightly smoky whiskey presence, moderate roast, a hint of vanillin, and finishing somewhat peated in the whiskey character. Really nicely done.

4 oz. Draft. Flavor is rich with vanilla, fig, dates. Some roast. Flavor is heavy on the barrel and delicious! You might be able to see the alcohol is a little forward on this. But I really don’t have a problem with it!
