Wow, lots of delicious tea notes, on as soft and crisp Saison as ever. Tasty vanilla tea notes all over

4oz pour at brewery. Pours clear yellow with small white head. Has a warm, rooibus tea aroma. Flavour does have a rooibus character as well, but is accompanied with a more stringent tea leaf note. A bit thin and watery under the initial tea impression. Nice beer, very much dominated by the tea.

On tap at Fair Isle, pours a hazy bright golden with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of rooibos tea, some citrus, and a touch of rustic saison yeast. Flavour has sweet berries, some rooibos tea, and very light acidity. Fruity and almost a bit sweet without being sugary. Very good.
