On tap at Bottleworks. Pours murky yellow with white head. Aroma has a nice musty straw character, some bugs and saison yeast underneath. Flavour has dry wood, bugs, saison yeast, dry grass. There is a lingering bitterness on the palate that's a bit unpleasant. On the dry and bitter side, but very solid.

Draft at Tap Union Freehouse. Very slightly hazy straw yellow color white head. Amazing aroma of dusty haystacks stored in barns and musty attics. Taste has white pepper and dusty earthy funk subtle tannins. Look up saison in the dicfionary & there's a pic of this beer

5oz. Appearance: almost clear pale golden with a white head. Aroma: nice funk, citrusy, Brett, some oak. Taste: along the same lines with a nice balance of funk, rustic notes. Brett is fine at first, but then in aftertaste ot is getting over the edge for my taste. Overall: pretty good.

On tap at Sovereign, pours a clear blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out plenty of bugs, rustic saison yeast, and some oak. Flavour is buggy, with some nice mixed culture coming out, a prominent rustic character, and a touch of oak. Very buggy and rustic but quite laid back and without a lot of depth. Clean and very pleasant.
