A clean sour ale dryhopped with Amarillo, Mosaic, and Citra. Fresh and expressive aroma of pineapple, passionfruit, guava, and lime. Moderate sourness and easy-drinking. Real fruit juice-like character squeezed out of hops.

Flight pour at brewery. Pours murky pale yellow with white head. Aroma is pretty weak. Flavour has lemon rockets, fresh grass, tart citrus peel. Pretty shallow profile overall, meh.

On tap at Parallel 49, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma has some floral dry-hopping and lacto in reasonably enough cohesion. Flavour is dry and balanced, with floral notes, lacto, and very light acidify. Very little depth and not particularly pleasant flavours. Not great.
