We laboured long and hard to get this session pale ale right. Punchy, piney taste is underpinned by barley and rye malt with bold flavours from Citra, Simcoe and Sorachi Ace hops. Graft in a glass.

# 2967; 5/2022. Aroma of tropical fruits, grass and resin. Hazy straw body; white head. Grainy, grassy, pine, slightly tobocco in finish. Good APA. 0,33 l, can, local shop (Coop), Lincoln (Lincolnshire, England).

Can from the brewery online shop. Pours just-clear yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of light malt and lemon, light resin. Taste has a hint of coconut, light citrus. Light sweet finish.

25/4/2019. Can from Vittles & Company, Hull. Pours hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma dominated by Sorachi Ace hops (which I like), a little grass, fruit and coconut biscuit. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily/creamy texture, average to soft carbonation. Increasing bitterness to finish. Enjoyable.

Half-pint, keg at Parcel Yard in Leicester. Shared with Finn. Snow white head to a hazy golden body, rich lacing. Aroma of pineapple and mango. Flavoured with pineapple and canned fruits. Slightly fruit bitter ending. Accepted. (10.02.2019).

ABV: 4.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, fruity malt, fruity hops, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20181019]
