This is a fusion of styles: inspired by a classic Mexican light lager, a briny German gose, and a tart, Pulparindo-inspired sour, this beer was fermented with Kolsch yeast and conditioned on sea salt, tamarind, lime zest, and lime juice. Expect tangy, savoury, orangey tamarind aromas, a tart lemon-lime punch on the palate, and a satisfying drinkability that leaves you wanting more.

Appearance - 4 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5.5
5oz pour at brewery. Pours murky yellow with white head. Aroma has some wheat, gentle citrus. Flavour has lemon rind, pale malts. This is definitely a beer.
